CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY
For Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, and Pregnancy Relaxation, cancellation made at least 3 hours before the class start time will be refunded in full, or credited back to your Class Pass. Any cancellations after this time will be down to Zen Em's discretion.
For Hypnobirthing Courses, any cancellations made 14 days before the course start date will be refunded, minus the £50 non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable, however, it may be possible to transfer to alternative course dates at Zen Em's discretion.
ZEN EM CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by Zen Em, attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or if alternative dates cannot be agreed, a full refund of the total fee paid will be issued or credited back to Class Passes. For Hypnobirthing courses refunds will be given for sessions not yet completed. The course price will be calculated as the total course fee (minus the £50 non-refundable deposit) divided by the number of sessions remaining.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Booking can be made up to one hour before the scheduled class start time.
CLASS PASS
Class Passes are required to be paid for in full when purchasing, in order to receive the discounted class rate. Class Pass can only be redeemed against the type of course they were purchased for (i.e. yoga, pregnancy yoga, or pregnancy relaxation) . For yoga & pregnancy yoga, classes can be booked at any time during the 3 month validity period. 3 month Class Pass duration is valid from the time of payment, any classes not used in this time will be lost. For pregnancy relaxation, classes can be booked at any time during the 6 month validity period. 6 month Class Pass duration is valid from the time of payment, any classes not used in this time will be lost. Class Pass duration can be extended under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Zen Em.
REFER A FRIEND OFFER
This offer is only valid when you refer a friend to either yoga, pregnancy yoga or pregnancy relaxation. It entitles both parties to a single class at 50% off. This will be issued in the form of a discount code for use during class payment online. The person being refered is able to use their discount for the first session. The person who made the referral will only be issued a discount code once the person referred has booked onto a class. The discount code will be valid for one month from issue.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. The balance is required no less than 14 days before the course start date. Zen Em will provide payment information in order for the balance to be settled.
Bookings made during the 14 days prior to start date will require full payment within 48 hours of booking. The non-refundable deposit will be taken via online payment. Zen Em will provide payment information in order for the balance to be settled.
Flexible payment terms must be agreed in advance.
The course fee includes materials which will be supplied by Zen Em, and posted to the recipients before the course starts. Any bookings made within 14 days of the course start date may be issued with a digital version of the course materials, until the hard copy arrives.
Bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled class start time.
REFER A FRIEND OFFER
This offer is only valid when you refer a friend to a group or 1-2-1 Hypnobirthing course. It entitles both parties to a discount of £25. This will be deducted from the balance of the course fee, and cannot be used against the deposit. The person being referred does not have to book the same course as you, it can be redeemed on future or 1-2-1 courses. In order to redeem your £25 off, the person being referred must have booked and paid a deposit. If you have already paid the full course fee, Zen Em will issue you a refund of £25.

PRIVATE CLASSES/COURSES
Private courses are available for yoga, pregnancy yoga, and Hypnobirthing upon request. These will be tailored to your individual needs. As such, fees are to be discussed and agreed on an individual basis.
Zen Em will provide payment information in order for the payment to be settled.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a private session, please give Zen Em at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations made after this time will not be refunded. Rescheduling or refunds after this time will be at Zen Em's direction.
IN PERSON CLASS POLICY
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Zen Em is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property belonging to class participants. Any personal items bought to class are done so at your own risk.
